A hidden gem in Auburn. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it. Look for the big ‘Sandwich’ sign. Parking is scarce. Not a large venue, but the interior is welcoming, simple and immaculate. Hospitality is friendly and attentive. Roasted chicken breast Ba’nhmi sandwich. Generous thick slices of roast chicken; pickled veggies; and fried shallots in a toasted French baguette. The chicken breast are moist and flavored well. The accompanying veggies are just like any other Ba’nhmi sandwich. The sandwich is a bit expensive for just a typical Ba’nhmi.

Great sandwich, really unique flavor. I only gave it one star less because I couldn't really eat it together as a sandwich because there is so much on it. I basically ended up eating the meat first and then biting the bread with the vegetables.

Bought my whole crew lunch at this place. Every meal was raved after, and these guys aren't foodies. These are not run of the mill sandwiches, however still well enough made to tempt a forklift drivers taste buds.
